What Is Not Included?

Blinds – While we dust blinds as part of our cleaning process, we are not professional blind cleaners. Any existing marks, stains, or blemishes may require a professional blind cleaning service, depending on your tenancy agreement or your property manager’s requirements. We do not currently offer stain or mark removal for blinds.

Removal of stickers or removable hooks – We do not remove stickers or removable hooks from walls due to the risk of damage to paintwork or surfaces. If you specifically request their removal, we accept no liability for any resulting damage.

Furniture removal or relocation – If furniture needs to be moved for carpet cleaning, additional charges will apply. Items that cannot be safely moved without trolleys or specialized equipment will not be relocated, and carpets will be cleaned around them.

Ceiling cleaning – Ceiling cleaning is not included in a standard bond clean unless specifically requested. If ceiling cleaning or cleaning of specific ceiling areas is required, additional charges may apply based on the time involved.

Tile and grout cleaning – As part of a bond clean, tiled areas are manually scrubbed; however, we do not specialize in tile and grout cleaning. Depending on the condition of the tiles and grout, a professional tile and grout cleaning service may be required. This service is separate from our bond cleaning.
